1. Two needs statements – one for the pilot (i.e. Mary) and another for the ‘right-seat pilot’ (i.e. Louise)
   1. The pilot needs a way to get the flight planning done speedily so that he could fly freely
   2. The right-seat pilot needs a way to get better at scheduling so that they can enjoy their trip/ traveling

2. Pilot Need Statement- Device with apps created to enable quick filling of navigation log form

The devices are kept and owned by the plane company, with several applications that factor in weather changes, distances and check points and so on automatically, all that is need is name of the pilot, location and destination as input.  The application has a hardware in the plane that estimates the amount of fuels used, the engine functionality and examination of the plane condition.
